even if mods are there it's still a console port and it won't be possible w/o dedicated servers/dev console

To mod single player probably. But if they do release mod tools... then maybe we'll be able to port some stuff to cod4.

Probably not. IW doesn't care about PC as far as it is. But nice job thinking that up sammy :)
